YCD's 2021-2022 session begins the week of 9月 6th, 2021.  

新的家庭费用为25美元.00 (not applicable to tuition) is applied with registration for students who are new to MDT. Full payment is due on or before the first day of class.

Students enrolled in 会话我 who wish to continue in 会话我I must register online for 会话我I.

YCD students must be the appropriate age for a particular level by the first day of the session.

Students who completed their first year of 中间 last year should register for that level again this year.

Class placement should not be adjusted between 2020 和 2021 sessions unless prior approval is received from MDT faculty. Continuity in the learning environment allows for more progress through the curriculum.

MDT has a minimum enrollment policy of 5 students per class. If minimum enrollment is not met by the end of the third week of classes, MDT may cancel the class 和 provide alternative options to students.

YCD 和 Intro to Dance: Age 4 和 Ages 5-6

These age-appropriate classes are the joyful prelude to formal ballet 和 contemporary training. Young dancers will develop their underst和ing of rhythm 和 enhance their 协调 as they explore fundamental dance movements in a welcoming, 班级环境. Creativity 和 self-expression are encouraged.

中间

中级水平, young dancers ages 7 to 9 train in ballet 和 contemporary dance with a heightened focus on alignment, 乐感, 和术语. These classes prepare students for entrance into the 金沙娱城app官方下载. 这不是一门免学费的课程.

金沙娱城app官方下载提供了 tuition-free classes for boys, ages 5 to 11 . The classes are designed to give boys a welcoming introduction to dance, with emphasis on enhancing athletic skills, 灵活性, 协调, 和力量. 男孩 I is for ages 5-7 years old or for those who are new to dance. 《男孩2》适用于8-11岁的孩子.

草莓节:学生展示

草莓音乐节, A Student Showcase is the year-end performance for all students in the 金沙娱城app官方, including 金沙娱城app官方下载 和 幼儿的部门. Performance dates are Friday, 五月 27th at 6:00pm 和 Saturday, 五月 28th at 1:00pm at the Cowles Center for Dance 和 the Performing Arts, Goodale Theater. Students will be required to attend a dress rehearsal on Thursday, 五月 26, 2022. Please note that this is Memorial Day weekend. Tickets can be purchased through The Cowles Center website, MDT Season Subscribers receive a 30% discount on tickets.
